Embroidery Minimums
We require a minimum initial order of 12 polos, oxfords, jackets, etc for apparel embroidery and 24 caps for hat embroidery.
***Hat Logos must be digitized differently than left chest logos***
We do allow for a minimum of 6 items for apparel re-orders and 12 caps for hat re-orders if there are no changes to either sew file.
Embroidery adds a touch of class to apparel and helps promote a positive, successful image for your company, club or group. If you've never had your logo or design embroidered before then it will first have to be digitized. What is digitizing you might ask? Embroidery Digitizing is the process of generating a computerized stitching path and sewing sequence for your design. Our 1-time digitizing fee starts out at $35.00 and may increase depending on the size and complexity of your artwork.
Pricing
Our embroidery pricing is based on the following (3) factors:
Stitch Count
Stitch count or the overall size of your logo will determine the amount of machine time required to stitch your logo
Brand/Style
The brand and style of apparel that you choose
Quantity
The overall order quantity per stitch file. We do extend pricing breaks with larger orders starting at 24+ items depending on the complexity of the stitched logo
