How to Order - Screen Printing Shop
The ordering process for custom screen printing, embroidery and DTG/DTF printing begins with the selection of apparel items and their corresponding colors and quantities.
Select Apparel
Browse through our apparel catalog and make a note of the style number, quantity and color of the items you like.
E-Mail Artwork
Send an e-mail to info@joestees.com with your artwork along with a breakdown of the item style numbers, colors and quantities that you've selected from our apparel catalog.
Artwork Proof & Invoice
We'll send back an exact quote along with the artwork proof and invoice. We do require a 50% deposit to get the order started with the balance being due when your order is ready for local pickup or UPS shipping. Turnaround times usually are in the 5-7 business day range.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is the traditional method used for decorating t-shirts and various other garments with single or multi-color designs. Our t-shirt printing process utilizes plastisol inks, squeegees, fine mesh silk screens, a high-temperature conveyor dryer and a heck of a lot of elbow grease!
Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of stitching logos, designs and names directly into apparel using thread, fabric stabilizer and properly tensioned garment hoops. Add a touch of class to your business or group by having your next order of polos, jackets, oxfords and hats embroidered.
Direct-to-Garment
Full-color photographs printed on any color of 100% cotton t-shirts are now a possibility thanks to the state-of-the art technology of Direct-to-Garment printing! DTG printing uses water-based inks combined with pre-treatment for non-white garments to achieve award-winning photo-realistic prints.
